What is whistleblowing
Whistleblowing is the reporting of unlawful conduct by an employee or other person in an employment relationship. Act No. 171/2023 Coll. on the Protection of Whistleblowers sets out the conditions for safe reporting.
Who can submit a report
A report may be submitted by any person who, in connection with their work, has learned of possible unlawful conduct β an employee, supplier, business partner or job applicant.
What can be reported
You may report suspicions of corruption, fraud, violations of legal regulations in the area of labour law, health and safety, personal data protection or other unlawful conduct within the company.
How to submit a report
In writing to info@ssczcompany.eu with the subject "Whistleblowing", or by post to Zenklova 24/54, Prague 8, 180 00.
Protection of the whistleblower
The whistleblower is protected against retaliation β dismissal, salary reduction or other disadvantage. The identity of the whistleblower is strictly protected and will not be disclosed without their consent.
Processing deadlines
Confirmation of receipt will be sent within 7 days. The outcome of the assessment will be communicated within 30 days, or within 3 months in more complex cases.
